Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
Contact me directly by email at kelsey.peters@mortgagegroup.com or call (902) 439-4993. You can also use my contact form to send an inquiry with your preferred dates.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for summer months (June-September) and holiday weekends. Popular dates can book up months in advance.
For last-minute availability, contact me directly as I may have cancellations.
What is the security deposit and when is it due?
The security deposit is $1,000 total:
- $500 due at booking confirmation
- $500 due on arrival
The deposit is refundable provided all camper rules are followed and there is no damage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in
No refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or for early departures

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is designated parking for your vehicle at the campsite. You can park right next to the camper for easy access to your belongings.
Camper & Amenities
How many people can sleep in the camper?
The camper sleeps up to 10 people with 2 bedrooms and additional sleeping areas. It’s perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay.
What cooking facilities are available?
The camper includes a full kitchenette with:
- Refrigerator
- Stove and oven
- Microwave
- All dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Coffee maker
- BBQ grill (outdoor)
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes! The camper has both air conditioning and heating, so you’ll be comfortable regardless of the weather. Perfect for PEI’s varying seasonal temperatures.
What should I bring?
You’ll need to bring:
- Food and drinks
- Personal toiletries
- Campfire wood (if desired)
- Garbage bags
- Personal entertainment items
- Clothing appropriate for the weather
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be possible with advance notice and may incur additional fees.
How does the check-in process work?
I will meet you at the camper for check-in. I’ll:
- Give you a tour of the camper and its features
- Explain all amenities and how to use them
- Provide you with keys and any necessary information
- Answer any questions you have
- Collect the second half of the security deposit
Do I need to empty the waste tanks?
Yes, waste tanks must be emptied before departure unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Don’t worry – I provide detailed instructions on how to do this safely and easily.
If you’re uncomfortable doing this yourself, contact me directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
What happens if there’s bad weather?
The camper is perfect for any weather! It’s fully enclosed with heating and air conditioning. Rain or shine, you’ll be comfortable inside.
Are pets allowed?
Generally, pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance. If you have a well-behaved pet, we can discuss when booking – exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
